Each project is unique and has its own parameters, constraints, and opportunities. It is extremely important to chart out these challenges and prospects at the beginning of the process in order for your Landscape Architect to explore all possibilities to come up with the best creative solutions to the problems and maximize each opportunity. To help direct us towards success, please answer the following questions to the best of your abilities. Remember, the more you tell us, the better equipped we are to meet your needs and help you reach your goal.
1. Write a brief description of the project.
2. Does your property have a master plan? Do you have a specific design for your intended project with written/drawn specifications? Or is this the first step you’ve taken?
3. What is the general budget range for the project?

4. How are the new spaces to be used? Describe the types of activities and the average number of people involved for each.
