Outdoor Grills: Whatcha Got Cookin’?

Summer is a great time for enjoying your outdoor landscape – especially when your patio is equipped with a great entertaining area. With scents of fresh grass and blooming plants filling the area after the long winter, what better way is there to spend a warm evening than cooking something delicious on the grill? Meats, vegetables, and fish are classic grilling go-tos, but have you ever though of smoking your meats? Or making a wood-fired pizza? We showcased a few of our favorite grills to compliment your family dinner or large gathering in style.

Fervor: Straight from Australia, Fervor gas grills offer a patented easy to clean and healthy cooking system that they refer to as GrillSmart Technology. The cast iron grates are slanted and grooved to allow fats and oils to be channeled away from foods. Cleaning is easier since the grease does not burn onto the iron grates, but instead, is trapped in a small cup that is simply removed and emptied. These grills also include features that aid in the efficiency of your cooking.  The fact that the cooking surface is made of cast iron helps food cook faster because it absorbs more heat and disburses it more evenly than stainless steel. Additionally, these grills are equipped with a tempered glass window, which allows the griller to check on food without opening the door and letting the heat escape. The Fervor collection includes five different models, ranging from three to six burners, with a vast line of accessories. Fervor Grill

A smoker box adds natural smoked flavors to your food, and a pizza stone creates authentic wood-fired pizzas. There is an assortment of accessories sold in addition to the main piece that can help you create any meal outside that you would normally cook inside. Prices range from $2,000.00 to $3,000.00.
